New Class Ride & Run with Monica 8-weeks
In this one-hour class, you’ll start with a cycling session on the indoor bikes, then transition straight to the treadmills for a run or walk. This back-to-back style, known as a “brick workout,” is a staple for triathletes, but this class is tailored for all levels.
What to Expect:
• 25 minutes of indoor cycling
• Quick transition to treadmill running or walking for anywhere 15 - 25min
• we will work on pacing, form, and breathing throughout the class.
