We work with children, teens and adults in the following areas: increase overall fitness, weight loss, osteoporosis prevention, post-injury rehabilitation, pre-surgery strengthening, athletic conditioning, increased flexibility and balance and prevention or rehabilitation of back pain.
All of our Personal Training programs are non-transferable, non-refundable and by appointment only. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our personal training appointments. All sessions and packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
