Mobility, Strength & Relief. Nearly everyone experiences tension or discomfort in their back, neck, or shoulders at some point. This small group training class takes a whole-body approach to improving movement and reducing pain.

You’ll safely build strength in your upper back, shoulders, and core while improving mobility in the spine and surrounding joints. Guided myofascial foam rolling helps release tight muscles, enhance posture, and restore healthy movement patterns.

It’s a balanced, thoughtful approach designed to relieve tension, improve alignment, and support a strong, healthy spine for everyday life.
