Jump start your fitness journey with this special personal training package combining nutrition and personal training. Session one is especially important; it focuses on goal setting and nutrition. Sit down with a trainer and map out a plan based on your goals and lifestyle. Talk one on one about nutrition. The following sessions you will meet with a personal trainer for regular workouts that are custom to your personal fitness needs. In your last session you will check back in on nutrition and goals. Make any adjustments.   

  • 1 our nutrition consultation and goal setting 

  • 5 30-minute personal training session  

  • 30-minute follow up
