Semi-private training sessions offer personalized programming in groups of two or three. These “groups” are perfect for spouses, siblings or friends. You can form your own group, or ask us to form a group for you. Register in-person at the YMCA. (Please note that each person must pay this rate)

All of our Personal Training programs are non-transferable, non-refundable and by appointment only.  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our personal training appointments.
