Description

Learn the fundamentals of strength training with a Certified Personal Trainer.  Meet in a small group class in Studio B. This class we include correct form and technique for basic strength training exercises including squats, bench press and dumbbell rows etc. This class will be interactive with partner-based drills to improve agility and endurance.
