Description

From the ground up. Learn the fundamentals of essential exercises with a Certified Personal Trainer. Meet in a small group class in the fitness center. This class we will go over warming up, breathing and correct form for essential exercises or muscle groups 

including: 

  • Chest press 
  • Lunges 

  • Bent over rows/back 

  • Squats 

  • Deadlifts 

  • Hang cleans/shoulder press
